Oat Bran Crackers

Makes 18 Crackers
Ingredients:
½ C boiling water
1 ½ T butter
1 C oat bran
½ tsp Vege-Sal or your favorite seasoning salt
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into 18 balls, about 1 rounded teaspoon each. On a large, ungreased cookie sheet, flatten each ball to the thickness of a soda cracker using fingers to flatten. If crackers are too thick they will not be crisp, and too thin they will burn. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Crackers are done when dry to the touch and sliding freely on cookie sheet.
