Sauteed Asparagus or Zucchini
2 C chopped asparagus or zucchini
1 tsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Heat olive oil on medium in saute pan. Add tamari or soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, stir. Add asparagus or zucchini, saute until tender crisp. Season with sea salt and pepper.
