2 T fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Stevita to taste
2 T tamari or low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sesame seeds
Comine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use to marinate beef, poultry, pork or fish.
