Q: How much does Ideal Protein cost?
A: Many people actually save money when starting the Ideal Protein Diet. If you are someone who goes out to eat a few times during the week, you will save money. If you are someone who goes out to eat once in a great while, you will spend about the same amount of money. If you are someone who is a coupon clipper, you will most likely spend about $15/week more than you would not buying Ideal Protein foods.
Q: How will Ideal Protein affect my health?

How long will I be on the program?
The length of time you will be on the program will depend on what your weight loss goal. Males and Females experience different weight loss, Males experience 5-6lbs per week and Females lose between 3-5lbs per week.
There are four phases of the Ideal Protein Program:
Phase 1: You will be on phase 1 until you reach 90% of your weight loss goal.
Phase 2: You will be on phase 2 until your weight loss goal is reached, or a minimum of 2 weeks.
Phase 3: You will be on phase 3 for 2 weeks.
Phase 4: At this point you won't be eating any Ideal Protein foods, and maintaining your weight loss.
Q: What liquids can I drink while on Ideal Protein?
While on Ideal Protein you can have coffee, tea, and water. It is highly recommended you switch to Organo coffee as it is non-acidic, does not dehydrate like regular coffee, and facilitates weight loss.
